2: P/TIME CHEF’S REQUIRED.

SHIFTS: TO BE DISCUSSED.

RATE OF PAY: MEETS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE.

REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE UP TO DATE FOOD & HYGIENE CERT. HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD, WORKING TO A MENU & COOKING SKILL’S, AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PREPARE & COOK, GOOD, FRESH WHOLESOME FOOD, FROM SUNDAY ROASTS, ALL DAY BREAKFASTS, STEAKS, BAR MEALS & DESERTS.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: COOKING, PREPARING, CLEANING (DEEP CLEAN WEEKLY). YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER YOUR OWN INITIATIVE, DEVISE CHEF’S SPECIALS, STOCK ROTATION AND STOCK ORDERING.
